On Friday, June 11, 2021 Illinois Moved to a Full Reopening, also known as Phase 5, the final phase of the Restore Illinois plan.

The state has eliminated all capacity limits on businesses, large-scale events, conventions, amusement parks, and all other venues.

Effective August 30, 2021, all Illinois Residents are Required to Wear Masks Indoors, Regardless of Vaccination Status (Executive Order) (FAQ on Face Covering and Vaccination Requirements)

If you are a healthcare provider, be on the look-out for:

  • People who have been in close contact with someone with COVID-19 or pneumonia of unknown cause.

If you have a patient that meets the CDC criteria,  mask the patient and place them in an airborne infection isolation room immediately, practicing contact and airborne precautions in addition to eye protection.

Contact the LaSalle County Health Department immediately at 815-433-3366.    For emergency after hours reporting, please contact the LaSalle County Sheriff’s Department at (815)433-2161 and give them your contact information and someone from the Health Department will contact you as soon as possible.
