Pursuant to (Section 9-15 of the Property Tax Code) Illinois Revised Statutes, the 2020 township assessors meeting shall be held for the purpose of instructing said assessors in a manner as shall establish uniformity in the action of assessors and their deputy assessors.  Such public meeting shall be at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at the LaSalle County EMA Building 711 E. Etna Road Ottawa, IL.

BE NOTARIZED AND ACCOMPANIED BY A PHOTO ID
ORIGINALS MUST BE SUBMITTED.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PHOTOCOPIES, FAXES OR EMAIL COPIES.
 

ALL SENIOR ASSESSMENT FREEZES ARE NOW REQUIRED TO BE NOTARIZED EVERY YEAR.

Notice to LaSalle County Residential Property Owners:

The LaSalle County Assessment Office is going to digital Property Record Cards.  You may receive a knock on your door from your local township assessor and or their field workers to update pictures and property information of all LaSalle County properties.  This does not necessarily mean that your assessment will be increased.  Per Statute (35 ILCS 200/9-155) every property should be looked at every four years.
